Henrike graduated from school in 2019 with her Abitur. After completing a voluntary social year, she began her apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory assistant, which she successfully completed in 2023. In June 2026, she completed her further training to become a chemical production supervisor.

She has been part of the Staubitz Group since February 2026. Her main role is to support PhDs with their syntheses. However, laboratory safety and organisation are also part of her responsibilities.
